This can be done via the website with the therefore available application form or e-mail. For applying online, we collect the following data: name, e-mail, and if willingly provided phone number and nationality of the applicant. The legal basis for processing is the consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). In the context of each vacancy notice, it is pointed out that the candidate agrees to the submission of the application for processing for the above purposes. Accordingly, consent is given by submitting the application. The consent can be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. K. Recipient of personal data / processor
LOOP ensures that personal information is processed only by the internal positions or employees who need it to perform their duties and obligations. A transfer of data to third parties is only made to the extent necessary.
